5. Deadlines
The conversion deadlines are indicated at the time of order and may vary according to the quantity of data to be processed. The Seller strives to respect these deadlines but they are given as an indication only.
6. Intellectual Property
The Seller retains intellectual property over all tools and software used. Customers obtain a limited, non-exclusive license to use the result of the services according to the terms of the site.
7. Non-refundable
Due to the digital nature of the services, no refunds will be possible after the conversion has been performed and the converted files have been downloaded by the Client.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for data losses, service interruptions, or other indirect damages resulting from the use of the services.
9. Confidentiality
The Seller commits not to disclose the personal information of Clients to third parties without their explicit consent, except in cases required by law.
10. Disputes

11. Acceptance of TCV
A Client's act of ordering on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these TCV.
